Copyright Policy

Last updated: August 11, 2026

1. Copyright complaints

Orbit respects intellectual-property rights. It transmits user-selected content to connected platforms and does not provide permanent hosting for uploaded videos.

2. Notice requirements

Send a notice to copyright@fluxcore.website with your name and contact details; the copyrighted work; the allegedly infringing content and enough detail to identify it; a good-faith statement that the use is not authorized; a statement that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act; and your physical or electronic signature.

3. Response

After reviewing a sufficiently complete notice, we may remove pending content, disable relevant connections, or take other appropriate action. Content already published to a third-party platform may need to be addressed through that platform's reporting process.

4. Repeat infringement

We may suspend or terminate accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyright or repeatedly submit unsupported infringement claims.

5. Counter-notice

If you believe content was removed in error, send a counter-notice to the address above with your contact details, identification of the removed content, a good-faith statement that removal was a mistake or misidentification, any consent required by applicable law, and your signature. We may forward it to the original complainant where appropriate.
